document, to be used in ongoing reporting and accountability. We have outlined an optional workshop
below.
Optional Activity — Facilitate Implementation Action Plan Workshop
We find that conducting a half-day in-person session with City staff, to begin creating an Implementation
Action Plan, is an effective way of ensuring that the IAP gets completed in a timely manner. If desired, our
team will facilitate this. We will create an agenda, advise on materials to be produced for the session,
advise on participants (typically mid-and executive-level managers), and guide the team throughout the
half day. It is a hands-on workshop, and at the end, the foundation of the IAP will be established. That
means that key assignments and timelines, and the beginning points of key tasks for the first-year
strategies, will be established. After the workshop, we will prepare a draft IAP and submit it to the City to
be used and updated.
Aligning key engagement team members with your goals
Your handpicked team of professionals offers a collaborative focus supported by the breadth and depth of
our firm's national resources.
