Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 22-1336. <br /> Operations Services <br /> 12. Approve agreement with Sequoia Ecological Consulting, Inc. for environmental compliance and <br /> habitat mitigation services related to the Stream Maintenance Project in the not-to-exceed amount <br /> of$1,315,402 through Fiscal Year 2029/30 <br /> Recommendation: Approve agreement and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement. <br /> Mayor Brown opened the public hearing. There being no speakers, Mayor Brown closed the <br /> public hearing. <br /> MOTION: It was m/s by Narum/Testa to approve the consent calendar except for item 2 which <br /> was moved to agenda item 18. Motion passed by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Arkin, Balch, Narum, Testa, Mayor Brown <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: None <br /> MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> 13. Presentation of Small Business Saturday Proclamation <br /> Councilmember Balch presented the proclamation. <br /> Economic Development Manager Lisa Adamos and Bridget Karl, Executive Director of the <br /> Pleasanton Downtown Association, received the proclamation. <br /> 14. Public Comment regarding items not listed on the agenda <br /> Mayor Brown opened public comment. There being no speakers, Mayor Brown closed the public <br /> comment. <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS AND OTHER MATTERS <br /> 15. Consider authorizing staff to develop a Citywide Strategic Plan and continue implementing the <br /> existing City Council priorities for FY 2023/24 while the strategic plan is developed <br /> Recommendation: Authorize staff to develop a Citywide Strategic Plan and continue implementing <br /> the existing City Council priorities for an additional year (FY 2023/24). <br /> City Manager Gerry Beaudin presented the item and responded to questions from Council. <br /> Mayor Brown opened public comment. The following individual provided comment: Todd Nelson. <br /> Mayor Brown closed the public comment. <br /> MOTION: It was m/s by Narum/Arkin to approve the item as recommended.
