Approve amendments to professional services agreements with 1) Lisa Wise Consulting for preparation of the Housing Element Update, for $27,710 and a new total contract amount of $329,711 and 2) First Carbon Solutions for preparation of the the Housing Element Update Environmental Impact Report for $26,000 for a new contract amount of$369,170 Recommendation: Approve amendments and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreements, and appropriate an additional $53,710 from lower income housing fund to cover the cost of these amendments.
