3.2.9.1. Tracks shall be securely mounted to the floor structure for maximum load rating. 3.2.9.2. Track system shall include twenty-four (24) single stud fittings with round ring, and eight (8) sets of 1" x 6' ratchet tie-down straps with vinyl coated S-hooks and push-button release, shipped loose with completed vehicle. 3.2.10.One(1) cab area overhead storage cabinet shall be fabricated and installed. 3.2.10.1. Cabinet shall be finished to compliment the interior and include a horizontally hinged, fabric-covered cork access door with hold-up hardware. 3.2.1 1.One(1) dash area worktable shall be constructed on the passenger side of the cab. Worktable shall be designed to provide maximum utilization of the area above the engine cover, but below the windshield. 3.2.1 1.1. Worktable shall be finished to compliment the desks and general interior. 3.2.1 1.2. Worktable shall be finished with high impact plastic laminate. 3.2.12.Front door/step well area shall be outfitted with a total of four(4) 1.25" diameter handrails(each)to provide solid entry/egress assistance. 3.2.12.1. One (1) 36" approximate length handrail shall be installed vertically on the exterior,just aft of the door. 3.2.12.2. Two (2) angle-mounted handrails shall be installed one each side of each step well. 3.2.12.3. One (1)angle-mounted handrail shall be installed to the interior of the door below the upper window. 3.2.12.4. All handrails shall include an antimicrobial surface treatment. 3.2.12.5. Exterior mounted handrails shall also be corrosion resistant. 3.2.13.Two (2) staff desks shall be furnished within the vehicle as depicted in the preliminary drawing. 3.2.13.1. Desks shall be constructed of furniture-grade plywood with the finish selected from manufacturer's offerings. Desktop shall be constructed of minimum 3/4" thick furniture-grade plywood with a high-impact laminated plastic bonded to the plywood and installed to allow easy removal and replacement as this surface is subject to excessive wear and tear. Desk shall be appropriately configured for installation of technologies by the city, including cable pass-through grommets and defined wire paths from desktop to other locations as designated. 3.2.13.2. Desks shall be configured for city installation of laptop computers. 3.2.13.3. Desk faces(modesty panels)shall be set 8"— 10"off the floor to allow heat circulation beneath the work surface. 3.2.13.4.
