Upon City request, Sequoia may prepare other deliverables not explicitly required by regulatory permits, such as Special-Status Species Encounter/Relocation Plans,Avian Protection Plans, etc.All deliverables will be submitted electronically unless specifically requested or required. TASK 2. CEQA COMPLIANCE AND DOCUMENTATION In tandem with the regulatory permits noted in Task 1, Sequoia will provide streamlined assistance in the verification of CEQA compliance per the City's CEQA Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP)for the SMP.With our CEQA Compliance Lead Steve Towers, PhD, at the helm, our Project Team will coordinate with the City and its contractors to ensure MMRP requirements are met using the established MMRP format to document and verify CEQA compliance throughout the Project term. Sequoia may send updates on compliance/verification status or the most recent version of the MMRP table during the Project term at the request of the City.
