Task 5.0: DEI ACTION PLAN ($25,500) <br /> 5.1 Future Envisioning Analysis <br /> MGT will design and facilitate a workshop with a representative sample of the organization's leaders to <br /> conduct future envisioning focused on building themes and initiatives around the desire for the state of <br /> equity across the organization. This work will result in the identification of a "North Star" for the <br /> organization to strive to become. This North Star will drive the work of the DEI Action Plan. <br /> DELIVERABLES <br /> • Future Envisioning Workshop <br /> • DEI Organizational Goals <br /> 5.2 Development of DEI Action Plan <br /> The North Star established during the future envisioning analysis will inform the development of a DEI <br /> Action Plan that includes goals, metrics, actions, owners, deliverables, timelines, and accountability <br /> measures to ensure the implementation of best practices that are strategically designed to meet the <br /> highest leverage needs of the organization (e.g., workforce diversity, workplace inclusion/belonging, <br /> sustainability). Material gathered from the survey, interviews,and focus groups will drive development of <br /> a strategic roadmap for advancing DEI within the organization. MGT will facilitate a series of workshops <br /> with a diverse set of the organization's leaders to collaboratively build the DEI action plan. <br /> DELIVERABLES <br /> • Written action plan document <br /> • Development of a shared organizational goal and public DEI statement <br /> Task 6.0: DEI PROGRESS MONITORING AND EVALUATION <br /> 6.1 Implementation Strategy for DEI Action Plan ($9,500) <br /> MGT believes that the quality of a plan (DEI Action Plan) is inextricably tied to the quality of its delivery <br /> (Implementation Strategy). With this as our guide,we are committed to supporting the organization with <br /> meaningful support of all facets of implementation of the DEI Action Plan. <br /> DELIVERABLES <br /> • Implementation framework that assigns responsibility, accountability, resource allocation, key <br /> milestones,and dates for each strategic action <br /> • Detailed implementation plan inclusive of a strategic implementation timeline <br /> 6.2 Design Annual Progress Assessment Tool ($7,500) <br /> To assist Pleasanton in ensuring that the DEI Action Plan is being implemented with fidelity and meeting <br /> the goals of the organization, MGT will create a comprehensive assessment tool to be used annually by <br /> �'►'• MGT PAGE 10 <br />
