the DEI Taskforce and the Board of Directors to assess the organization's progress towards meetings its <br /> DEI goals including but not limited to: <br /> 1) Implementation fidelity of Pleasanton's DEI Action Plan <br /> 2) Impact of DEI Action Steps <br /> 3) Performance metrics of DEI goals and Action Plan milestones <br /> DELIVERABLES <br /> • Comprehensive progress evaluation tool inclusive of metrics,targets, and quarterly dashboard <br /> • Live leader training of required and optional analytic tools for use in quarterly and annual <br /> assessments <br /> • Training materials to be used in training for Pleasanton leadership <br /> 6.3 Assessment of Progress ($8,000) <br /> To assist Pleasanton in ensuring that the DEI Action Plan is being implemented with fidelity and meeting <br /> the goals of the organization, MGT will evaluate stakeholder satisfaction data regarding implementation <br /> of initiatives to strengthen the culture of equity though employee focus groups and surveys either 6 <br /> months or 12 months after the conclusion of the project at the discretion of City leadership. <br /> DELIVERABLES <br /> • Written assessment of progress to date inclusive of highlights, errors, unanticipated challenges <br /> and real-time impact analysis <br /> • Updated set of recommendations and next steps <br /> • Presentation of progress review, programmatic updates, and recommended next steps <br /> ••••.•• MGT PAGE 11 <br />
