Menu of Services <br /> Task 1.0: CLIENT ENGAGEMENT & DEI BEST PRACTICES TOOLKIT <br /> 1.1 Client Engagement ($12,000) <br /> MGT prioritizes effective communication with our clients to maximize trust,clarity of project progress and <br /> action steps, and ensure timely and successful execution of all components of the project. Regular <br /> collaborative engagement in a manner that meets our clients' availability and interest allows mutual <br /> certainty that all aspects of our work align with the organization's mission and ultimate goals. <br /> DELIVERABLES <br /> • Finalized work plan and project schedule <br /> • Identification of key stakeholders, engagement expectations, responsibilities, and project roles <br /> • Logistics for project management meeting schedule, agenda, and reporting protocols <br /> • List of potential stakeholders who might advise the project and provide valuable insight <br /> • Facilitation of regular(weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) meeting agendas and minutes <br /> • Meeting documents including PowerPoint presentations and related materials <br /> • Documentation of decisions made, action steps, responsibility matrix,and deadlines <br /> 1.2 Best Practices and Peer Review ($10,000) <br /> MGT will conduct thorough research and review of industry-leading best practices and successes and <br /> lessons learned regarding DEI initiatives that have been implemented by similar sized organizations and <br /> their related strategic plans. This work will help inform the DEI audit and the potential recommendations <br /> that will follow. <br /> DELIVERABLE <br /> • Written draft chapter of industry-leading best practices in DEI initiatives <br /> 1.3 Development of DEI Decision Point Guide ($10,000) <br /> In order to ensure that policy changes, budget development, and other key decisions are made with DEI <br /> in mind, we will create a customized DEI Decision Guide which will serve as a tool that the City of <br /> Pleasanton can use to apply a DEI lens to actions taken by leaders. This will ensure a general'best practice' <br /> type of approach for leaders to use in the decision-making process. <br /> DELIVERABLE <br /> • DEI Decision Point Guide for Organization Leaders and Elected Officials <br /> • Training on how to use the Decision Point Guide with a practice case study(optional) <br /> sP+.• MGT PAGE 5 <br />
