Public Engagement.This task includes support of relevant public engagement efforts, such as <br /> addressing public comments and questions raised during subcommittee or City Council <br /> meetings, as appropriate. <br /> Task 6 Assumptions <br /> • Budget includes 15 subcommittee meetings(monthly meetings over a 12-month duration, plus 3 <br /> ad hoc meetings), and 5 City Council meetings(quarterly meetings, plus 1 ad hoc), with up to two <br /> BC staff attending each meeting. <br /> • BC will prepare slides for meetings(up to 15 slides per monthly subcommittee meeting and up to <br /> 25 slides for quarterly City Council meetings). <br /> • Assumes City staff will lead development of written updates to City Council (e.g., staff reports for <br /> meetings), based on BC's monthly progress reports and biweekly PM check-ins. <br /> • Assumes City will post public notices in compliance with public noticing requirements. <br /> General Assumptions: <br /> ▪ For all tasks, work will be performed up to the limit of the allocated budget. <br /> • Budget may be reallocated among tasks if agreed upon by BC and DSRSD's PM, so long as total <br /> compensation does not exceed the Study limit. <br /> 5 <br />
