Partner Coordination. BC will orchestrate up to two meetings with agency partners to review the <br /> alternatives,solicit input, and explore possible arrangements/agreements within existing or new <br /> infrastructure. <br /> 4.4. Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC).A BC subject matter expert will review the analysis <br /> results(Task 4.2) prior to presenting findings to the City. <br /> Task 4 Assumptions <br /> • Costs will be estimated to an order-of-magnitude level, using available information, and should <br /> be considered for comparative purposes only.The cost of purchased water will be estimated <br /> based on past agreements and other references; however,this study does not include <br /> negotiation of costs with Zone 7 or another water supplier. The cost of PFAS treatment and well <br /> rehabilitation will be based on the City's PFAS Treatment and Well Rehabilitation Project Basis of <br /> Design Report and not independently verified by BC. <br /> • BC will hold up to two workshops with City staff to discuss and develop evaluation criteria and <br /> review draft analysis results. Workshops will be up to two hours in duration and attended by up <br /> to three BC staff. BC will prepare workshop agendas and materials and document key outcomes. <br /> • Agency partner meetings will be up to 90 minutes in duration and attended by up to two BC staff. <br /> City staff will coordinate scheduling with agency partners. <br /> 5. Recommendations <br /> 5.1. Project Delivery Options. BC will present potential project delivery models for design, <br /> construction, operation and maintenance,financing, and ownership of the preferred alternative <br /> from Task 4 and make a recommendation considering the City's objectives, legal and financial <br /> limitations, and preferences as confirmed by City staff. <br /> BC will orchestrate a workshop(up to 90 minutes)with City staff to review project delivery <br /> models and confirm options to be recommended and presented to City Council (in Task 6). <br /> 5.2. Draft Report. BC will prepare a draft report summarizing the work performed in Tasks 2 through <br /> 4 and presenting the results of the alternatives evaluation. The report will include a draft <br /> implementation plan for the preferred alternative that includes the recommended project <br /> delivery model, major tasks, and milestone schedule.The draft report will be submitted to City <br /> staff for review and feedback. BC will orchestrate one review meeting(up to 90 minutes)to <br /> discuss City comments. <br /> 5.3. Final Report.The final report will be based on comments provided by City staff from the review <br /> of the draft report. BC will submit final report to the City in Word and PDF format. <br /> 5.4. QA/QC. BC will review the draft and final report for quality control prior to submitting to the City. <br /> Task 5 Assumptions <br /> • City staff will confirm objectives and preferences(e.g.,for levels of control and risk)for BC to <br /> consider in evaluating project delivery options. <br /> • Draft report will be provided in Microsoft Word format. City staff will provide one consolidated set <br /> of comments (in Microsoft Word and/or an Excel comment log)within two weeks of submittal. <br /> 6. Council Meetings and Engagement <br /> 6.1.Water Subcommittee Meetings.Attend monthly water subcommittee meetings via Zoom and <br /> coordinate with City staff to prepare for meetings, including preparation of slides. <br /> 4 <br />
