• Tri-Valley Mayors Summit <br /> • Tri-Valley Cities Council Meeting (rotating Tri-Valley Cities) <br /> • Visit Tri-Valley Annual Luncheon <br /> • East Bay Economic Development Alliance for Business <br /> • Innovation Tri-Valley Annual State of the Tri-Valley <br /> • U.S. Conference of Mayors (Mayor only) <br /> • Alameda County Mayors Conference (Mayor only) <br /> Examples of travel expenses the City will not reimburse include, but are not limited to: <br /> • The personal portion of any trip' <br /> • Political or charitable contributions or events including those related to CitiPAC <br /> (The League of California Cities Political Action Committee) and BACPAC <br /> (Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce Business and Community Political Action <br /> Committee) <br /> • Family expenses, including partner's expenses2 when accompanying official on <br /> City-related business, as well as children- or pet-related expenses <br /> • Entertainment expenses, (e.g., theater, movies — either in-room or at the <br /> theater), sporting events (e.g., gym, massage and/or golf related expenses), <br /> or other cultural events <br /> • The cost of any alcoholic beverages <br /> 1 For example, if a City-related business conference in Southern California is from Monday beginning at 9 <br /> a.m., all day Tuesday, and Wednesday until 12 noon, then an official may seek reimbursement for lodging <br /> for Sunday night (as conference begins early Monday morning), Monday night and Tuesday night. <br /> Lodging Wednesday night would be considered a personal portion of the trip (as the conference ends <br /> Wednesday at 12 noon). <br /> ' For example, if lodging for one adult(the official) in a hotel room is $175, and the cost increases to $200 <br /> for two adults (official and partner) in the same hotel room, then the $25 increase for the second adult is <br /> not subject to reimbursement. <br /> 2 <br />
