EXHIBIT A <br />Support Required from the City of Pleasanton <br />Support of Participants: <br />• Need based scholarships <br />• Accessibility Services, in compliance with ADA (ASL -interpretation, etc <br />• Facilitate all ticket sales <br />_Marketing Support: <br />■ City will provide Box Office Services <br />• City Staff will produce and print, unless otherwise noted, the following for marketing <br />of each show: <br />o Listing in the FAC Season Brochure <br />0 1 TVRT "Season of Musicals" Postcard design (printed by TVRT) <br />0 3 Single show postcards (printed by TVRT) <br />0 3 Single show posters <br />0 3 FAC Seasonal Postcards highlighting one show each <br />o FAC Monthly poster highlighting one show each <br />o Social media posts per show <br />0 1 email announcement for entire TVRT season <br />o Targeted e -newsletters per show <br />o Inclusion in monthly FAC e -newsletters <br />o Paid newspaper ads <br />City will provide printed programs for each production, created by TVRT. If printing <br />quantity exceeds 1200 per production, printing costs for the printing in excess of <br />1200 will be paid by TVRT. <br />Production, Rehearsal Support: <br />• Performance space — City Staff present or on premises <br />• City will arrange coordination with other departments when needed <br />City Staff may provide sound as listed in paragraph 6g and operate fly rail and <br />provide building monitor at no additional cost to TVRT <br />• Storage space only during rehearsal and production as available. TVRT is <br />encouraged to check in with City Staff at the end of each rehearsal about leaving <br />props or rehearsal elements behind <br />■ City will provide House Manager and ushers for each production <br />• TVRT shall have six (6) days for load in/tech in the Firehouse. <br />• City will provide communication equipment at the two ASM positions, three booth <br />positions and two spot positions. <br />• TVRT to provide the first 6 wireless mics needed for each show. City of Pleasanton <br />will provide the next 6 wireless mics needed for each show. The cost for any mics <br />needed beyond the first 12 will be split evenly between the City of Pleasanton and <br />TVRT. TVRT will be solely responsible for maintenance and wear and tear for its 6 <br />mics and City of Pleasanton will be solely responsible for maintenance and wear and <br />tear for its 6 mics <br />• City will provide light tech(s) for load in sufficient to the production needs <br />• City will provide one light tech for strike. <br />
