Improve energy consumption and efficiency- Action S3. <br />Conduct City facility energy benchmarking and retrofits. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />The proposed action to participate in the solar and battery energy storage procurement <br />effort would involve the evaluation of City facilities for the potential installation of solar <br />and battery power equipment and the solicitation of speculative bids for solar and <br />battery installation work at those facilities with no commitment to undertake any specific <br />installation projects.
