Resolution No. 04-065 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a review of the materials presented, the City Council determined that <br /> the proposed project, as conditioned, is appropriate for the site and is <br /> consistent with the zoning regulations for the zoning district of the <br /> property. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves Case PDR-338, the application of Wal-Mart for design review <br />approval to construct an approximately 5,264-square-foot stockroom <br />addition and an approximately 5,761-square-foot garden center expansion <br />to the existing Wal-Mart store located at 4501 Rosewood Drive in the <br />Metro 580 shopping center, subject to the conditions shown on "Exhibit B," <br />attached hereto and made a part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br />adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON SEPTEMBER 7, 2004 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Ayala, Brozosky, Campbell, and Mayor Pico <br /> <br />Councilmember Hosterman <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Dawn G.
