Other Related Services and Standards Franchise Agreement with Pleasanton Garbage Service City of Pleasanton Page 81 June 7, 2022 6.3 Reports 2875 6.3.1 Report Formats and Submittal Schedule 2876 Records shall be maintained in forms and by methods that facilitate flexible use of data contained in them 2877 to structure reports, as needed. Reports are intended to compile recorded data into useful forms of 2878 information that can be used to, among other things: 2879 A. Determine and set Rates and evaluate the financial efficacy of operations; 2880 B. Evaluate past and expected progress towards achieving the Contractor’s Diversion goals and 2881 objectives; and, 2882 C. Determine needs for adjustment to programs; and evaluate Customer service and Complaints. 2883 Contractor may propose report formats that are responsive to the objectives and audiences for each 2884 report. The format of each report shall be approved by City. Contractor agrees to e-mail all reports to 2885 the City (or submit reports on an electronic file storage device in the event e-mail communications are 2886 unsuccessful) in a format compatible with City’s software/computers at no additional charge. City 2887 Contract Manager may, from time to time during the Term, review and request changes to the format of 2888 the Contractor’s reports and Contractor shall not unreasonably deny such requests. The City reserves the 2889 right to require the Contractor to maintain the records and submit the reports required by this Agreement 2890 through use of a City-selected web-based software platform, at no additional charge to the City or 2891 Customers. Contractor will provide a certification statement, under penalty of perjury, by the responsible 2892 Contractor official, that the report being submitted is true and correct to the best knowledge of the 2893 responsible official after their reasonable inquiry. 2894 Monthly reports shall be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days after the end of the reporting month. 2895 Quarterly reports shall be submitted within forty-five (45) calendar days after the end of the reporting 2896 quarter.
