Inform the Customer of the courtesy pick-up of the contaminated materials on this 2676 occasion, with information that the Contractor may issue a non-Collection notice for 2677 continued instances of Prohibited Container Contaminants in the future; and, 2678 5. Include photographic evidence. 2679 The format of the Courtesy Pick-Up Notice shall be approved by the City Contract Manager. 2680 Contractor shall Collect the contaminated Recyclable Materials and/or Organic Materials 2681 Containers and either Transport the material to the appropriate Approved Facility for Processing; 2682 or, Contractor may Collect the contaminated materials with the Solid Waste and Transport the 2683 contaminated materials to the Approved Disposal Site. A courtesy Collection of contaminated 2684 Recyclable Materials or Organic Materials where the materials are sent to the Approved Disposal 2685 Facility may be made with a Solid Waste Collection vehicle, provided that the contaminants may 2686 safely and lawfully be Collected as Solid Waste. 2687 C. Recordkeeping. 2688 1. Container Contaminant Log. The driver or other Contractor representative shall record 2689 each event of identification of Prohibited Container Contaminants in a written log or in the 2690 on-board computer system including, but not limited to, the: date, time, Customer’s 2691 address, type of Container, and photographic evidence. 2692 2. Monthly Reports.
