Contractor may require that participating residents show proof of residency within 1363 <br />the City. Such proof of residency may include, but is not limited to, a valid drivers’ license or other form 1364 <br />of photo identification. Contractor shall notify residents of the scheduled drop-off event through a Billings 1365 <br />insert, and shall publish notice in no fewer than two (2) local news publications no later than fourteen 1366 <br />(14) days prior to the scheduled event date. Contractor shall schedule the drop-off event in the fall. 1367 <br />Contractor shall ensure that all Yard Trimmings received during the community drop-off events are kept 1368 <br />separate from other Discarded Materials and deliver the material to the Organic Materials Processing Site 1369 <br />for Processing, in accordance with this Agreement and SB 1383. 1370 <br />5.9.2 Ongoing Drop-Off Service 1371 <br />Contractor shall accept, and Divert from Disposal, Source Separated Recyclable Materials (at the Buy Back 1372 <br />Center), clothing, and other textiles, and up to five (5) gallons of used cooking oil per Customer per visit, 1373 <br />delivered by Single-Family Customers to the Approved Transfer Site during regular facility open hours at 1374 <br />no charge to the Customers or City. Contractor may require that participating residents show proof of 1375 <br />residency within the City. Such proof of residency may include, but is not limited to, a valid drivers’ license 1376 <br />or other form of photo identification. 1377 <br />5.9.3 Reuse Trailer 1378 <br />Contractor shall operate and maintain at the Approved Transfer Site a “Reuse Trailer” where reusable 1379 <br />items including, but not limited to, recovered Bulky Items may be stored and made available for visitors 1380 <br />to the Approved Transfer Site for reuse. Operation of the Reuse Trailer shall be provided during regular 1381 <br />facility open hours at no cost to Customers or the City. 1382 <br />5.10 E-Waste and U-Waste Collection 1383 <br />5.10.1 On-Call E-Waste Collection 1384 <br />In addition to Collection of E-Waste during on-call clean-up events, Contractor shall offer Single-Family, 1385 <br />Multi-Family, and Commercial Customers Collection of E-Waste on an on-call basis upon Customer 1386 <br />request at City-approved Rates on the Rate schedule in Exhibit G. 1387 <br />5.10.2 Single-Family Cell Phone and Household Battery Collection 1388 <br />Contractor shall provide weekly Collection of cell phones and household batteries from Single-Family 1389 <br />Customers on the same day as Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, and Organic Materials are Collected 1390 <br />from the Customers. Contractor shall Collect cell phones and household batteries contained in a sealed 1391 <br />plastic bag placed on top of the Recyclable Materials Cart. Contractor shall not be required to Collect 1392 <br />automobile batteries through this program. 1393 <br />5.10.3 E-Waste and U-Waste Drop-Off 1394 <br />Effective upon Contractor’s receipt of the applicable permits authorizing such service, Contractor shall 1395 <br />provide a drop-off service at the Approved Transfer Station Site at no cost that enables City residents to 1396 <br />drop-off: fluorescent bulbs, household batteries, cell phones, automotive batteries, paint, Used Motor Oil 1397
