EXHIBIT C Schedule of Compensation The compensation amount for the initial term of this Agreement (described above) that has been outlined in Exhibit B is $175,440, which includes a 15% contingency of $22,883. Payment of such contingency funds is not guaranteed to the Consultant unless the City requests such extra services. The following lists the costs for products and services under this agreement. Mobile Work Order $17,900 (includes 30 concurrent staff users). Public Facing Portal $35,000. Fleet Module $9,500 As -needed Professional Services $200 per hour.
