Box 520, 200 Old Bernal Avenue <br />Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br />10011.17 <br />Subject: Proposal to Provide Continued On -Call Construction Management Services for <br />Transportation Corridor Parking Lot Project - City of Pleasanton Revised <br />Adam, <br />Pakpour Consulting Group (PCG) is currently providing on-call construction management services <br />for the Transportation Corridor Parking Lot Project. In April 2021, PCG entered into an agreement <br />for Steven Yee as Project Manager/Construction Manager to assist the City with the <br />Transportation Corridor Parking Lot construction. The agreement offered Steven at <br />approximately 20 hours per week for a 230 -working day construction period. PCG provided the <br />following scope of work for the Project: <br />■ Provide project oversight and coordination with City inspector <br />• Conduct project site visits and field reviews <br />• Monitor and coordinate construction activity with project stakeholders <br />• Review and maintain CPM schedule and 3 -week look ahead schedule <br />• Coordinate and review submittals with design engineer and City landscape <br />architect <br />• Coordinate any necessary permitting and material testing <br />• Provide project update and coordination to affected business owners/tenants <br />• Prepare project update communication bi-weekly and/or as -necessary <br />• Maintain and coordinate project files per City procedures <br />■ Review and coordinate contract change orders <br />• Review and recommend approval of monthly project billings <br />■ Prepare and conduct project punch list walk <br />• Complete project closeout with as -built plan review <br />• Monitor and coordinate 90 -day maintenance period <br />• Support City staff as -needed <br />Since construction began in May 2021, Steven has been averaging approximately 25 hours per <br />week in managing the Transportation Corridor Parking Lot construction. Additional time was <br />necessary to facilitate project plan revisions and additional work requested by the City.
