14. Consultant shall be familiar with and enforce appropriately the City's adopted codes and amendments. Plan Review Compensation: Plan Review Level"A"-65% of Plan Review Fee Complete structural and nonstructural building and fire/life safety plan review, including CBC, CRC, CMC, CPC, CEC (California Electrical Code), CFC, California Energy Efficiency Standards, CALGreen,(California Green Building Code), Stormwater treatment and/or management, and City of Pleasanton specific regulations and policies,as applicable. Plan Review Level"B"—55% of Plan Review Fee Complete nonstructural building plan review including CBC, CRC, CMC, CPC, CEC (California Electrical Code),CFC,California Energy Efficiency Standards,CALGreen,(California Green Building Code), Stormwater treatment and/or management, and City of Pleasanton specific regulations and policies,as applicable. Plan Review Level"C"—40% of Plan Review Fee Complete structural building plan review including CBC, CRC and City of Pleasanton specific regulations and policies,as applicable. Plan Review Level"D" $140.00 hourly fee for nonstructural plan review services. Plan Review Level"E" $140.00 hourly fee for structural plan review services. Plan Review Level"F"—30% of Permit Fee The City of Pleasanton incorporates the plan review into the permit fee for Fire permits. Complete fire sprinkler, fire alarm,commercial hood or hazardous material plan review of all Fire Permits, including CFC, and City of Pleasanton and Livermore Pleasanton Fire Department specific regulations and policies,as applicable. Hourly Plan Review rate for all reviews$140.00. Hourly rate for Solar PV $140.00 max for simple systems and up to 20KW. Over 20KW billed hourly for actual time spent on review. For residential projects and commercial projects with a$75,000 plan review fee or less, consultant can bill hourly for reviews that go beyond the Yd submittal to be cost recovery. Projects with a plan review fee over$75,000, extra hourly fees are not allowed.
