The
City's FY 2022/23 HHSG program will provide funding during the period of July 1, 2022
through June 30, 2023, i.e., the FY 2022 grant funding cycle. HHSG applications for
funding were solicited from December 1 , 2021 through January 19, 2022. Twenty-eight
(28) applications were received with a total funding request of $1,382,891. The funding
request increases to $1,407,640 to account for the $24,749 Section 108 annual loan
payment, which helped fund the Axis Community Health clinic rehabilitation project in
2015. The Human Services Commission reviewed and provided recommendations for
programs funded through CDBG and from the General Fund for human services. The
Page 2 of 12
