The massing is sensitive to neighboring structures and incorporates articulation <br />within the elevations through varied colors/materials, insets and projects, and architectural <br />detailing. Staff finds the proposed two-story structure is appropriate and compatible with <br />neighboring uses. <br />The applicant installed story poles for the proposed building as seen in Figures 4-5 below. The <br />building will be visible from Ray Street directly in front of the property and from the adjacent <br />properties. It will have limited and intermittent visibility when traveling on Ray Street due to <br />existing buildings and vegetation.
