<br /> The applicant requests CUP and Variance/Parking Variance approval to operate a private
<br /> school, Lighthouse Baptist School, at 118 Neal Street, within the Downtown. A private school
<br /> requires Planning Commission review and approval of a CUP. A Variance/Parking Variance is
<br /> also requested to allow all required on-site parking to be located at an off-site location not
