The <br />applicant's California licensed geotechnical engineer shall review and approve <br />all foundation, retaining walls, drainage and geotechnical aspects of the final <br />grading and improvement plans and shall certify on the plans or as otherwise <br />acceptable to the Director of Engineering/City Engineer that the plans are in <br />general compliance with the recommendations of the project geotechnical <br />report. HYDROLOGIC AND HYDRAULIC CALCULATIONS: The applicant’s California <br />licensed civil engineer shall submit a detailed hydrologic and hydraulic study for <br />the design storm event as provided for in the City’s Design Guide dated 1984 <br />with the first submittal of the improvement plans to the Engineering Department <br />subject to the review and approval of the Director of Engineering/City Engineer. <br />(Address this condition prior to improvement plan approval) <br /> <br />62. IMPROVEMENT PLANS: The applicant’s California licensed civil engineer shall <br />prepare improvement plans that include the plan and profile of all proposed <br />streets; typical and special cross sections; existing and proposed sanitary sewer <br />storm drain, and water improvements; grading; curb ramps, sidewalk, and <br />driveways; subdrains; fire hydrants; street lights; repair or replacement of <br />deficient frontage improvements; construction of frontage improvements; flood <br />zone limits; seismic fault zone limits; existing and proposed easements; existing <br />and proposed lot lines; storm water pollution control plan; storm water <br />management plan; and other details as determined by the Director of
