i • TIC standard CADD format shall be used for drawing production. • Suitable CADD files shall be provided to TJC by PCG for use as backgrounds on electrical site plans. • All interim design drawings, specifications, and opinion of probable costs will be submitted in electronic (PDF)files. • Engineering services during construction is not included. 1 Deliverables Design deliverables will include plans, specifications, and opinion of probable cost for the draft submittal; stamped and signed plans, specifications, calculations, and opinion of probable cost for the final design package. The final design package will incorporate appropriate client comments based on the previous submittal. An anticipated drawing list for the electrical work is as follows: GE-1- Electrical Symbols, Abbreviations and Installation Details E-1- Electrical Single Line Diagrams and Control Schematic E-2- Electrical Plan Drawing and Photographs (North) E-3- Electrical Plan Drawing and Photographs (South) Specifications will include the following technical section coordinated by TIC with the City's front- end documents: Section 16000 General Electrical Requirements 100%Submittal Coordination We are requesting a budget increase of up to 18 hours to 1) obtain park electrical design record plans (Sheet E1.0, E1.1, E3.0 to E3.2), 2) coordinate/ attend site meeting (excluded from TJC's Task No. 1.2.1) with City staff to obtain access and provide TJC detailed photographs of existing conditions for Festival Power Pedestal Nos. 3 & 5 to confirm supply circuit availability for establishing motor starter/control panel location, and 3) coordinate findings with TJC to finalize the pump station power supply design. We understand any additional efforts to document the existing power supply conditions will be provided by City staff. The 65% plans submittal will be carried to 100% completion. Appropriate modifications will be made to the plans, details, and included with the cost estimate.
