100%Submittal Coordination <br /> We are requesting a budget increase of 30 hours to capture additional City staff requested <br /> coordination efforts included with the 65% submittal package and finalize the pump station <br /> design with JES. The 65% plans submittal will be carried to 100% completion. Appropriate <br /> modifications will be made to the plans, details, and included with the cost estimate. <br /> Task 1.2.1—Package Pump Station Instrumentation, Controls,and Electrical Design <br /> PCG's electrical subconsultant, TJC and Associates, Inc. (Tic), will prepare the plans and <br /> specifications for instrumentation, controls, and electrical (ICE) engineering design for the <br /> proposed package pump station to be located west of Field Nos. 1 and 3. <br /> Project Understanding <br /> TIC will provide assistance for ICE related design services to prepare design documents and <br /> provide technical assistance for new electrical distribution for the two proposed small package <br /> pump station locations to convey excess irrigation water to the on-site sanitary sewer system, as <br /> well as a control system that incorporates a rain sensor to reduce stormwater flows to the <br /> sanitary sewer system. <br /> Develop design documents suitable for public bidding to provide new electrical distribution at <br /> the proposed package pump station to be located west of Field Nos. 1 and 3. Electrical design <br /> elements include: <br /> • Drawings, specifications, and installation details <br /> • Submittal documents at the 90%, and Final stamped and sealed stages. <br /> • Electrical load calculations as required for specifying equipment <br /> • An opinion of probable cost prepared with each design stage submittal <br /> Assumptions <br /> • All equipment specified shall be low voltage and low power, suitable for operation under <br /> a 120VAC, single phase service. <br /> • Existing 120VAC, single phase power is assumed available via a spare breaker from nearby <br /> power pedestals for the new pumps and control panels. <br /> • Provide new rain sensors and motor starter/control panels for automated operation of <br /> the pumps. <br /> • Emergency power, security and intrusion monitoring, and remote monitoring (e.g., <br /> SCADA) are not required. <br /> • Site visit will not be required. PCG to verify, confirm, and provide appropriate <br /> photographs to confirm supply circuit availability, and existing site conditions for <br /> establishing motor starter/control panel location. <br /> • Site lighting design and Title 24 energy calculations and compliance forms for permitting <br /> at the Building Department will not be required. <br /> • TIC standard electrical Technical Specifications using CSI Division 16 format shall be used <br /> as applicable. <br /> January 5,2022—Page 2 <br /> Saklaen—Addendum No.1 Budget Increase Val Vista Park Underdrain System <br /> PM"; <br />
