• Final production/distribution of RFI responses, addenda,etc.shall be by others. <br /> Deliverables <br /> • Written responses to bidder questions <br /> • Text for addenda as required <br /> Task 1.3—Additional Scope of Work Items <br /> As requested by the City, PCG provided the following additional services to prepare the 65% <br /> submittal plans: <br /> • Survey Base File — Coordinated with City staff to add PG&E 10' wide easement and <br /> primary electric line record information. Coordinated with City staff and attended three <br /> site visits to identify limits of field survey. <br /> • Aegion CIPP Coordination —Reviewed City CCTV video survey for two additional off-site <br /> outfalls. Conducted one site visit to obtain additional site access photos. Formatted CCTV <br /> videos and reports, and prepared exhibits for Aegion's feasibility review. <br /> • Fusible HDPE and PVC Pipe Coordination — Coordinated with regional suppliers (P&F <br /> Distributors and Aegion) regarding feasibility review for project site constraints. <br /> As requested by the City, the following additional services are anticipated to prepare the 100% <br /> submittal plans: <br /> • Site Visit to Supplement Survey Base File—Field measure location of existing: <br /> o Underdrain system cleanouts for Field No. 1 (north side). <br /> o Three trees at landscape island fronting the restroom and snack bar building. <br /> o Domestic water backflow device cage located south of landscape island. <br /> • Low Flow Weir Manhole and Isolation Valve Detail — Five of the nine proposed locations <br /> have a layout (non-orthogonal) specific to the existing storm drainage system alignment. <br /> We anticipate up to five project specific details will be required to detail the low flow weir <br /> and four isolation valves layout. <br /> • Existing Sanitary Sewer Manhole Pipe Connection Detail — Coordinate with Operations <br /> staff regarding preferred option. <br /> We request a budget increase of 50 hours to capture these additional scope of wok items. <br /> Exclusions <br /> Repair of Storm Drain Outfalls: <br /> • Nos. 1&4(36 and 24-inch CMP)-We have assumed the existing concrete aprons for both <br /> locations are in satisfactory condition and will not require repair or replacement. <br /> • Nos. 2 & 3 (21-inch CMP) - We have assumed the existing concrete aprons for both <br /> locations will require minor repair, which will be managed as a change order by City staff <br /> during the construction phase and not shown/detailed on the plans. <br /> January 5,2022—Page 4 <br /> Saklaen—Addendum No.1 Budget Increase Val Vista Park Underdrain System <br />
