Exhibit B <br />Conditions of Approval <br />Vesting Tentative Parcel Map 8356 <br /> Case No. PMS-27 <br /> June 1~ <br /> <br />The final parcel map shall substantially conform to parcel map 8356 (Case <br />PMS-27), Exhibit A, dated "Received April 22, 2004" on file with the <br />Planning Department, except as modified by the following conditions. <br />Minor changes to the plans may be allowed subject to the approval of the <br />Planning Director if found to be in substantial conformance to the approved <br />exhibits. <br /> <br />2. Prior to approval of the parcel map, the applicant shall revise Sheet 1 <br /> labeled "Existing Conditions" of Exhibit A dated "Received April 22, <br /> 2004" or shall revise the map on sheet 2 of Exhibit A, dated "Received <br /> April 22, 2004" such that the location of the subdivision line on these two <br /> sheets match. The location of the subdivision line is subject to the review <br /> and approval of the Planning Director, prior to final map approval. <br /> <br />3. Prior to approval of the parcel map, the applicant shall revise Sheet 1 <br /> labeled "Existing Conditions" of Exhibit A, dated "Received April 22, <br /> 2004" such that it clearly states the following: <br /> <br />a. The total number of parking spaces on parcel 23A, not including <br /> those spaces with a subdivision line crossing through them; <br />b. The total number of parking spaces on parcel 23B, not including <br />those spaces with a subdivision line crossing through them; and <br />c. The total number of parking spaces on parcels 23A and 23B with a <br /> subdivision line crossing through them. <br /> <br />4. Prior to approval of the parcel map, the applicant shall revise Sheet 1 <br /> labeled "Existing Conditions" of Exhibit A, dated "Received April 22, <br /> 2004" such that it clearly shows all parking counts on all drive aisles. <br /> <br />5. Prior to approval of the parcel map, the applicant shall revise Sheet 1 <br /> "Existing Conditions" of Exhibit A, dated "Received April 22, 2004" and <br /> write what the current use is of the building on parcel 23B. <br /> <br />6. Prior to approval of the parcel map, the applicant shall revise the map such <br /> that it shows the acreage of lot 23A and the acreage of lot 23B measured to <br /> 3 decimal places. <br /> <br /> Page 1 <br />PMS-27 <br /> <br /> <br />
