Resolution No. 04-048 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Denies the appeal, Case PAP-65, thereby approving Case PMS-27, the <br />application of Tony Perino/Nearon Enterprises for minor subdivision <br />approval to subdivide an approximately 10.5-acre parcel located at <br />5725 West Las Positas Boulevard into two lots measuring approximately <br />5.5 acres and 5.0 acres, respectively, subject to the conditions shown on <br />"Exhibit B," attached hereto and made a part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br />adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON JUNE 15, 2004 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brozosky, Campbell, Hosterman, and <br /> <br /> Mayor Pico <br />NOES: Councilmember Ayala <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM:. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />D/awn G.
