o <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />Fuel or flammable liquids, vehicles, or hazardous materials shall not be stored in the <br />building. <br /> <br />Waste and recyclables shall only be disposed in the trash enclosure area between the <br />hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on <br />Saturdays. <br /> <br />Parking lot sweeping, leaf blowing, and similar outdoor maintenance activities shall be <br />limited to 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. <br /> <br />All demolition and construction activities shall be limited to the hours of 8:00 a.m. to <br />5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. In addition, no construction shall be allowed on <br />Federal Holidays. All construction equipment must meet Department of Motor Vehicles <br />(DMV) noise standards and shall be equipped with muffling devices. <br /> <br />The loading dock doors shall remain closed at all times when the loading docks are not in <br />use. <br /> <br />Except when being loaded or unloaded at the loading docks, the company tracks, vans, <br />and trailers shall only be parked in the designated parking spaces shown on the site plan, <br />Exhibit A. <br /> <br />No outside washing, repair, or maintenance of vehicles shall be conducted, except that <br />outside repair and maintenance activities as specified in the applicant's letter dated May <br />10, 2004, and Addendum to Letter of May 10, 2004, shall be allowed subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />Prior to occupancy, the applicant shall install a solid metal canopy structure in the <br />alcove on the north side of the building (on the west side of the mechanical and file <br />rooms in the office portion of the building). The structure shall be painted to match <br />the building color. The final placement and design of the canopy shall be subject to <br />the review and approval by the Planning Director. <br /> <br />b. Repair and maintenance activities shall only occur below the metal canopy structure. <br /> <br />Prior to occupancy, the applicant shall submit a Best Management Practices (BMP's) <br />program for cleaning up any spills subject to the review and approval by the City <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />d. New or used oil and used oil filter storage and containment shall be subject to the <br /> review and approval by the Fire Marshall. <br /> <br /> <br />
