Resolution No. 04-046 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Upholds the appeal, Case PAP-62, thereby approving Case PCUP-109, the <br />application of Robert J. Schmitz, Cor-O-Van Moving & Storage, for <br />conditional use permit approval to operate a moving and storage facility at <br />5555 Sunol Boulevard, subject to the conditions shown on "Exhibit B," <br />attached hereto and made a part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br />adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON JUNE 15, 2004 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Ayala, Brozosky, Campbell, Hosterman, and <br /> <br /> Mayor Pico <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Da~n G.
