Additional <br />easements may be shown only if recorded documents are provided by the City or <br />Client, or if the City provides LCC with a preliminary title report of the property(ies) <br />for which the City will require ALL existing easements and encumbrances to be <br />shown on the base map. (See “OPTIONAL Task 1.6” below for additional title <br />research) <br />LCC will determine the property and easement lines based on the record and field <br />data. LCC will incorporate the calculated boundary lines into the aerial base <br />mapping. <br /> <br />TASK 1.6 – TITLE REPORTS FOR EASEMENT MAPPING (For Well Sites 5, 6, & <br />10 Only) <br />LCC will purchase (provide) a Title Report for each of the three parcels related to <br />the area identified in this proposal as: <br /> <br />· Existing Well 5 (to be abandoned) and parking lot area to the north, in <br />addition to New Well 10 and Existing Well 6. <br /> <br />We recommend Title reports for the following parcels: <br /> <br />APN 094 -0215-035-00 (Owner: Pleasanton Township County Water District) <br />APN 094 -0215-036-02 (Owner: Pleasanton Unified School District) <br />APN 094 -0215-037-00 (Owner: City of Pleasanton) <br /> <br />The purpose of obtaining these Condition of Title Reports would be to review and <br />determine existing easements and/or rights of entry and construction or usage on <br />the three parcels which would be involved in this area. Any data obtained in this <br />Task would then be incorporated into the mapping described in Task 1.5. <br /> <br />TASK 1.7 – SURVEYING OF POTHOLE LOCATIONS & ADDITIONAL <br />MARKINGS OR STRUCTURES <br />LCC will survey USA markings and ground surface locations and elevations for up <br />to 20 completed utility potholes within the identified mapping corridors. LCC will also <br />survey surface utility marks placed by utility representatives adjacent to the pothole <br />locations pursuant to Underground Services Alert call for utility potholing (call and <br />potholing assumed by others). It is understood that this work is assumed to be <br />performed after the initial mapping effort and will require a separate mobilization for <br />the survey crew. LCC will also locate (if requested) additional markings and/or <br />structures, as determined by the design team. It is assumed that survey work for <br />this task will not exceed 16 hours of two-man crew field work. <br /> <br /> <br />OPTIONAL TASK 1.8 – SUPPLEMENTAL (GROUND) SURVEYS AND MAPPING <br />If requested, LCC will perform supplemental ground surveys for areas outlined in <br />“pink” east of the Alisal School, as shown on the Google Earth Image attached. <br /> <br />LCC will perform ground level surveys within the project limits described above in <br />OPTIONAL TASK IS <br />NOT INCLUDED
