Color orthophoto image(s) have been included in this proposal. Orthophotography
will be delivered in tif/tfw format with a pixel resolution of 0.25 feet, (approximately
2000 dpi). Also, image files of the photos (negatives) taken from the plane showing
the site and surrounding areas will be provided to the Client in electronic (.JPG)
format, if requested. However, unlike the color .tif image files of the mapping limits,
the negatives showing extensive surrounding area will not be orthorectified.

TASK 1.3 – SUPPLEMENTAL (GROUND) SURVEYS AND MAPPING

For all areas within the “orange” limits shown on the Google Earth Image
attached for the pipeline areas:

LCC will perform ground level surveys within the project limits described above in
order to attempt to locate all above ground utility structures, (e.g. valve boxes,
vaults, manholes, inlets, lights, traffic poles, misc. boxes, drain inlets, exposed
conduits and pipes, overhead wires, etc.) which are associated with above and
below ground utilities. The survey will be limited to those structures and features
which are within the public ROW (or easement) and which are readily visible.
Survey work will include opening and “dipping” sewer and storm drain structures in
order to obtain invert elevations, and approximate pipe sizes and general directions
will be noted. See below for more detailed explanation and traffic control for
“dipping” work. Although we cannot request USA to mark underground utilities, we
assume that some areas will have utility markings from past or adjacent projects,
which we will include in our ground survey.

Cross sections shall be taken in 50-ft to 100-ft increments along curb (or shorter
increments as appropriate per the existing terrain/alignment). Cross section data
will be collected from face-of-curb to face-of-curb and will only capture roadway
surface features. The survey will not include any points behind the curb EXCEPT
for any utilities behind the curb but still in the public right-of-way, as described
above.

At intersections, we will capture the following points along the face of curb at all four
corners: Beginning of curb return; 1/4 of curb return (at large returns only); 1/2 of
curb return; 3/4 of curb return (at large returns only); End of curb return.

In addition to the utilities and standard cross section ground surveys described
above, LCC will perform “Detailed Supplemental Surveys” at the following
locations (as outlined in “red” on the Google Earth image attached):

1. New Well 9 and connecting pipeline to Santa Rita Road (exact
ground survey alignment TBD).

2. Existing Well 5 (to be abandoned) and parking lot area to the north, in
addition to New Well 10 and Existing Well 6.

3. Portion of Centralized Treatment facility including Rehabilitated Well 8.
