<br /> NOVEMBER 2021 | 4 <br />Task 2.3 – 50 Percent Plans, Specifications, Cost Estimate, and Schedule <br />Carollo will develop the 50 percent plans, front-end and technical specifications, construction schedule, and <br />50 percent cost estimate. Carollo will host a 50 percent design workshop to provide an overview and inform <br />City staff of focus areas for their review. Carollo will summarize the workshop discussion/decisions in <br />meeting minutes. <br />The City will provide comments on the 50 percent submittal drawings and specifications in an excel <br />spreadsheet. The City will review their comments internally and provide a consolidated set of technical <br />review comments with clear direction. Carollo will respond to each comment showing how the comment was <br />addressed as part of the subsequent submittal. <br />Task 2.4 – 95 Percent Plans, Specifications, Cost Estimate, and Schedule <br />Carollo will develop the 95 percent plans, front-end and technical specifications, construction schedule, and <br />95 percent cost estimate. Comments from the 50 percent submittal will be incorporated into the 95 percent <br />submittal. Carollo will host a 95 percent design workshop near the time of the submittal to provide an <br />overview and inform City staff of focus areas for their review and summarize the workshop discussion and <br />decisions in meeting minutes. <br />The City will provide comments on the 95 percent submittal drawings and specifications in an excel <br />spreadsheet. Comments from the 95 percent submittal will be incorporated into the bid set. <br />The City will provide comments on the 100 percent submittal drawings and specifications in an excel <br />spreadsheet. The City will review their comments internally and provide a consolidated set of technical <br />review comments with clear direction. Carollo will respond to each comment showing how the comment was <br />addressed as part of the subsequent submittal. <br />Task 2.6 – Bid Set Packaging <br />Carollo will package the bid-set plans, front-end specifications, and technical specifications. Comments from <br />the 100 percent submittal will be incorporated into the bid-set submittal. <br />Task 2.7 – Final Design Special Coordination Items with City <br />The following items will likely require special coordination with the City. <br />Task 2.7.a – Architectural Coordination <br />The Well 9 site layout, landscaping, building architecture, and construction coordination at Amador <br />Community Park will require special City coordination with planning, parks, and recreation staff. Also, the <br />Well 8 landscaping and electrical building architecture, and Well 10 landscaping, will require coordination with <br />City planning department staff.
