Contract Number AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES (Activities Guide Printing) ATTACHMENT 1 THIS AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES ("Agreement") is made this day of November 2021, between the CITY OF PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation ("City"), and Folger Graphics, Inc., whose address is 21093 Forbes Ave, Hayward, CA 94545, and telephone number is (510) 887-5656 ("Contractor") WITNESSETH: A. Contractor is qualified to provide, and experienced in providing printing services for the City's activities guides, newsletters, and annual report and has offered its services for the purposes specified in this Agreement. B. In the judgment of the City, it is necessary and advisable to employ the services of Contractor for the purposes provided herein. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants, agreements and conditions contained herein, City and Contractor agree as follows: 1. Contractor's Services. Contractor shall diligently perform the services and produce the materials, as hereinafter set forth: a. Contractor shall perform all work described in Exhibit A. Scope of Work, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. b. Contractor shall meet with City staff as necessary to complete the Scope of Work described in Section La, above. 2. City Services. In order to assist Contractor in this work, City shall provide, if necessary, content for the publications and general direction. 3. Staff. Contractor shall assign Kirk Folger as the contact for this Agreement; however, if it is necessary for the Contractor to replace Mr. Folger, the replacement must be approved in advance by the City. 4. Sufficiency of Contractor's Work. All work prepared for City shall be adequate and sufficient to meet the purposes for which they are prepared. 5. Ownership of Work. All work, and all other documents completed or partially completed by Contractor in the performance of this Agreement shall become the property of City.
