OPTIONAL Task 8—Post-Report Consultation If necessary, after issuance of our report, we can provide consultation if the City requests additional geotechnical design input for the project. The budget for this optional task can also be used to issue a revised report if it becomes necessary or attend virtual or in-person project meetings. We suggested an initial budget for this task in our fee breakdown below. However,depending on the level of effort needed, our fee for this task may need to be revised accordingly. SCHEDULE BSK is ready to start working on this project immediately following receipt of formal authorization to proceed. Depending on subcontractor availability,we anticipate starting our field investigation within four to eight weeks after receipt of notice to proceed. We anticipate that the subsurface investigation can be completed in eight (8) working days. We estimate that laboratory testing will be completed within approximately four to five weeks following the completion of the subsurface investigation,and the report will be submitted within approximately four weeks after completion of the laboratory-testing program. FEE ARRANGEMENTS Fees for our services will be charged on a time and materials basis not to be exceeded without prior authorization. Our charges will be invoiced monthly. For the scope of services discussed herein, our fee estimate, approximately broken down by task,will be as listed in the table below.
