DISCUSSION <br /> The third amendment with SCI is to update and complete the Engineer's Report for FY <br /> 2022/23 for all five LMDs. The third amendment will also include public outreach and <br /> analysis of the Windsor and Bonde Ranch LMDs and work toward a Proposition 218 <br /> compliant vote regarding an assessment increase. It is anticipated that the process will <br /> begin in January 2022 with voting occurring in June 2022 and approved increases going <br /> into effect in the tax bill for the next fiscal year. <br /> Upon completion of the Windsor and Bonde Ranch LMD updates, a budget will be <br /> established for the remaining three districts, Ponderosa-Del Prado, Oak Tree Farm, and <br /> Moller Ranch from future operating budgets to follow the Proposition 218 process to <br /> review and analyze the LMDS and work toward an assessment increase if warranted. <br /> Submitted by: Fiscal Review: Approve 'by: <br /> Adam Nelkie Tina Olson Nel on Fialho <br /> Acting Director of Engineering Director of Finance City Manager <br /> Attachments: <br /> 1.
