The information will <br />be used for public safety and emergency response planning by the Police and Fire <br />Departments. GROUNDWATER WELL: Because the applicant intends to utilize an existing groundwater <br />well for irrigation use, the applicant shall fill -out and submit to Zone 7 Water Agency a <br />"Statement of Future Well Use". GEOTECHNICAL RECOMMENDATIONS: The Updated Geotechnical Investigation by <br />Geocon Consultants dated April 2020 (Project No. E9164-04-02) includes specific <br />recommendations with respect to the site improvements. All of these recommendations <br />shall be incorporated into the design. The following recommendations must be addressed <br />in the final design: <br />a. Recommendation 6.10.4 requires that retaining walls greater than 2 feet in retained <br />height be provided with a drainage system to prevent hydrostatic pressure buildup. <br />b. Recommendation 6.13.2 and .3 prohibits ponded water against any building <br />foundations. BMP -1 immediately adjacent to the northern and western walls of the <br />Community Center Building must have a barrier or liner shown on the bio -retention <br />area detail.
