ARTICLE 4 <br />MAINTENANCE OF STREETS <br /> <br /> The Association shall pay to the City an amount <br />equal to the estimated cost, as determined by the City <br />Engineer, of the maintenance of all public streets within <br />Hacienda Business Park for a period of ten (10) years <br />commencing upon the date of the City's acceptance of the <br />public streets within Hacienda Business Park. The <br />Association and the City agree that such estimated <br />maintenance cost is Five Hundred Four Thousand and no/100ths <br /> <br />Dollars ($504,000.00). The Association shall pay said <br />amount in ten (10) equal annual installments of Fifty <br />Thousand, Four Hundred and no/100ths Dollars ($50,400.00), <br />each installment being due and payable on December 30 of <br />each year, commencing on December 30, 1984 and continuing <br />until December 30, 1993. <br /> <br /> The City <br />employees, <br /> <br /> property <br /> <br /> ARTICLE 5 <br /> <br />PE~4ISSION TO ENTER <br /> <br /> hereby grants to the Association and its <br /> and contractors permission to enter upon <br /> within the areas described in Sections <br /> <br />agents, <br /> <br />any real <br />1.1, 2.1, and 3.1 through 3.4 owned by the City or for which <br />the City has been granted a public service easement or <br />temporary landscape easement, for the purposes of performing <br />any maintenance required under Sections 1.2, 2.2, and 3.1 <br />through 3.4, provided that any and all contractors employed <br /> <br />-12- <br /> <br /> <br />
