3.2 Bus Shelters. The Association shall at its <br />sole expense clean, maintain, repair, and replace, where <br />necessary, all bus shelters designated on Exhibit H, <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof and remove trash from <br /> <br />trash receptacles at such bus shelters. The Association's <br /> <br />obligations under Sections 3.1 through 3.4, inclusive, shall <br />commence upon the date of this agreement and shall continue <br />throughout the term of this agreement, provided, however, <br />that the Associatons obligations under Section 3.2 with <br /> <br />respect to any bus shelter designated as "Potentially <br />Terminable" on Exhibit H shall terminate concurrently with <br />termination under Section 1.4 of the Association's <br />obligations to maintain landscaping under Section 1.2 for <br />any parcel of real property upon which such bus shelter is <br />located. <br /> <br />-11- <br /> <br /> <br />
