Safety Plans and Programs-Assist in the development of new site-specific programs, <br /> procedures, and protocols. <br /> B.1 Provide assessments, development, and updates to the OSD Occupational Health and <br /> Safety Program which includes,but is not limited to the following written safety plans: <br /> • Bloodborne Pathogens <br /> • Chemical Hygiene Plan <br /> • Concrete and Silica Dust Exposure Control Plan <br /> • Confined Space Entry Plan <br /> • COVID-19 Safety Plan <br /> • Electrical Safety Plan <br /> • Emergency Action Plan <br /> • Ergonomics Program <br /> • Excavation and Trenching Plan <br /> • Exposure Control Plan(Bloodborne Pathogens) <br /> • Fall Protection Program <br /> • Hazard Communication Program <br /> • Hazardous Energy Control Program(Lockout/Tagout) <br /> • Hearing Conservation Program <br /> • Heat Illness Prevention Program <br /> • Hot Work Program <br /> • New Employee Safety Orientation <br /> • Personal Protective Equipment Guidelines <br /> • Respiratory Protection Program <br /> B.2 Contractor Safety- Create a contractor safety program that can be used for routine,yearly <br /> and capital improvement contractor work. Include work under emergency conditions such as <br /> COVID-19, Wildfire Smoke, etc. <br /> C. Hazard Assessment-Perform periodic site visits and provide recommendations for hazard <br /> abatement. All recommendations will be provided in writing to designated personnel. <br /> D. Inspections -Assist with worksite inspections and accident/incident investigations as needed. <br /> E. Meetings-Participate, if requested, in informal conferences as well as other meetings or <br /> conferences involving health and safety as needed. <br /> F. Industrial hygiene-Provide assessments and monitoring as needed. Contractor shall provide <br /> qualified individuals with all necessary equipment to conduct appropriate testing and monitoring, <br /> including all associated lab work. <br /> • Examples include but are not limited to: Air monitoring and noise exposure assessments. <br /> G.
