G.l Environmental Health- Provide assessment and development of the following <br /> environmental health programs as needed: <br /> • Air Quality Management District Air Permits <br /> • Hazardous Materials Business Plan <br /> • Hazardous Waste Management <br /> • Spill Prevention and Countermeasures Plan <br /> • Storm Water Prevention Pollution Program <br /> • Underground Storage Tank Management <br /> H. Materials <br /> Contractor shall furnish, as part of this agreement, all necessary personnel, supplies, materials and <br /> equipment to deliver the aforementioned services. <br /> I. Hours of Service <br /> All services shall be rendered at times that will not interfere with normal operations, special events <br /> or alternate shifts. <br /> Travel Time- the City will NOT pay travel time. Any Contractor desiring to cover these costs will <br /> need to incorporate them in the applicable hourly rates. <br /> J. Contractor's Employees <br /> The Contractor's Employees must be identifiable by uniform and/or proper identification. The <br /> Contractor's employees must be qualified,proficient and certified or licensed for the work under the <br /> agreement, including tools,test instruments, and safety equipment. <br /> 8IPage <br />
