Resolution No. PC-2021-06 <br /> Page Two <br /> 2. The Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration prepared for the Project has been <br /> completed in compliance with CEQA; and <br /> 3. The Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration represents the independent judgment and <br /> analysis of the City of Pleasanton as lead agency for the Project. <br /> The Planning Commission recommends the City Council find based upon the entire record of <br /> proceedings before it and all information received there is no substantial evidence the Project will <br /> have a significant effect on the environment and does hereby recommend the City Council adopt <br /> the Mitigated Negative Declaration prepared for the Project. The Initial Study/ Mitigated Negative <br /> Declaration are: (1) on file in the Planning Division located at 200 Old Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, <br /> California 94566; and (2) available for inspection by any interested person/party. <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br /> Pleasanton at a regular meeting held on May 26, 2021, by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Commissioners <br /> Noes: Commissioners <br /> Absent: Commissioners <br /> Abstain: Commissioners <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Melinda Denis Justin Brown <br /> Secretary, Planning Commission Chair <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> Julie Harryman <br /> Assistant City Attorney <br /> an Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration have been prepared in <br /> accordance with Sections 15070 and 15072 of the CEQA Guidelines; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Initial Study concluded that the implementation of the Project would not <br /> result in any significant impacts to the environment; and <br /> WHEREAS, on April 2, 2021, Notice of Notice of Intent (NOI) to Adopt a Draft Initial Study <br /> (IS) and Proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) were sent to interested parties and <br /> property owners/residents in accordance with California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> Guidelines Section 15072; and <br /> WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public meeting of May 26, 2021, the Planning Commission <br /> considered the written agenda report, all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and staff <br /> recommendations. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br /> Pleasanton, based on the entire record of proceedings, including the oral and written agenda <br /> reports and all public comment and testimony: <br /> Section 1: Recommends the City Council make the following findings for adoption of the <br /> Mitigated Negative Declaration: <br /> 1. It has independently reviewed and analyzed the Initial Study/Mitigated Negative <br /> Declaration and other information in the record and has considered the information <br /> contained therein, prior to acting upon or recommending approval of the Project; and <br />s for <br /> reference only.Data layers that appear on this map may or may not be accurate, <br /> NAD 1983 2011 StatePlane California_III_FIPS_0403_Ft_US current,or otherwise reliable. <br /> s`Latitude Geographies Group Ltd.
