<br />84-02~~5 i fl <br />(b) Phase Two. Commencing on the later <br />of May 1, 1985 or upon approval and funding of the <br />Stoneridge Drive Interchange, Owner may use an <br />additional Sixty-Seven (67) Property Sewer Permits <br />("Phase Two Permits"). All Phase Two Permits <br />shall expire and the sewer capacity represented <br />thereby shall revert to the sole control of the <br />City as of Four Hundred Eighty-Nine (489) days <br />after the commencement of Phase Two except as <br />provided below: (e.g. if Phase Two commences on <br />May 1, 1985, then Phase Two Permits will expire on <br />September 2, 1986.) <br />(i) In the case of Phase Two <br />Permits which have been used to obtain <br />building permits, that sewer capacity shall <br />not revert to the City unless the building <br />permit expires pursuant to Uniform Building <br />Code standards or Owner fails to obtain a <br />Final Building Inspection of the basic shell <br />building within three years after issuance of <br />building permits. <br />(ii) Ten (10) Phase Two Permits, or <br />the remaining unexercised Phase Two Permits <br />if less than that number of Phase Two Permits <br />remain to be exercised Four Hundred Fifty- <br />12 <br />
