<br />Code standards or Owner fails to obtain a <br />Final Building Inspection of the basic shell <br />building within three years from issuance of <br />the building permit. <br />(ii) Eighteen (18) Phase One <br />Permits, or the remaining unexercised Phase <br />One Permits if less than that number remain <br />to be exercised on August 3, 1985, shall <br />again become subject to a restriction against <br />their exercise as of August 3, 1985. Such <br />number of unused Sewer Permits shall be <br />referred to as "Phase One Restricted <br />Permits". This restriction shall toll the <br />three year period for expiration as to Phase <br />One Restricted Permits with thirty (30) days <br />remaining until their expiration. This <br />restriction shall be lifted and the final <br />thirty (30) days shall commence to run as to <br />the Phase One Restricted Permits at the <br />beginning of Phase Two. However, if Phase <br />Two has already commenced as of August 3, <br />1985, then this restriction shall not be <br />lifted until the restriction applicable to <br />the Phase Two Restricted Permits is lifted <br />pursuant to paragraph 4.A.1(b)(ii) below. <br />11 <br />
