<br />H"-02~~)~ l ~ <br />the limitations described below or upon the use or <br />expiration of all Property Sewer Permits in accordance with <br />Paragraph 5. In each case, the reference to the number of <br />Property Sewer Permits which may be used shall mean that <br />Owner shall not be entitled to obtain building permits <br />which, based on the sewer demand formula being generally <br />applied by the City at the time, shall require Sewer Permits <br />in excess of the number which may be used pursuant to this <br />Paragraph. <br />(1) General Buildings. Owner may use the <br />number of Property Sewer Permits during the periods <br />described below in connection with construction of any <br />buildings: <br />(a) Phase One. Commencing May 1, 1984, <br />Owner may use One Hundred Twenty-One (121) <br />Property Sewer Permits ("Phase One Permits"). All <br />Phase One Permits shall expire and the sewer <br />capacity represented thereby shall revert to the <br />sole control of the City as of September 2, 1985, <br />except as provided below: <br />(i) In the case of Phase One <br />Permits which have been used to obtain <br />building permits, that sewer capacity shall <br />not revert to the City unless the building <br />permit expires pursuant to Uniform Building <br />10 <br />
