SEP S 0 ~983 <br /> <br />If Phase Two commences on May 1, 1985, then Phase Two Permits <br />will expire on September 2, 1986.) <br /> <br /> (i) In the case of Phase Two Permits <br /> which have been used to obtain building permits, that <br /> sewer capacity shall not revert to the City unless the <br /> building permit expires pursuant to U~iform Building <br /> Code standards or Owner fails to obtain a Final Building <br /> Inspection of the basic shell building within three <br /> years after issuance of building permits. <br /> <br /> (ii) Ten (10) Phase Two Permits, or the <br /> remaining unexercised Phase Two Permits if less than <br /> that number of ~hase Two permits remain to be exercised <br /> four hundred fifty-nine (459) days after the commencement <br /> of Phase Two, shall again become subject to a restriction <br /> against their exercise as of four hundred fifty-nine <br /> (459) days after the commencement of Phase Two. Such <br /> number of unused Sewer Permits shall be referred to as <br /> "Phase Two Restricted Permits." This restriction <br /> shall be lifted ~nd the final thirty (30) 'days shall <br /> commence' to run as to the Phase Two Restricted Permits <br /> at the beginning of Phase Three. If Phase Three has <br /> already commenced as of four hundred fifty-nine (459) <br /> days from the commence~nent of Phase Two, then this <br /> restriction shall be lifted and the f~nal thirty (30) <br /> days shall commence to run as to the Phase Two Restricted <br /> Permits thi. rty (3D) days pri~r to the end of Phase Three. <br /> <br />-9- <br /> <br /> <br />
