SE,r' :" 0 1§8~, <br /> <br /> (c) Phase Three. <br />May 1, 1986 or a date ninety (90) <br />the Stoneridge Drive Interchange, <br /> <br />Commencing on the later of <br /> <br />days after completion of <br />Owner may use an additional <br /> <br />eighty-four (84) Property Sewer Permits ("Phase Three Permit"). <br />All Phase Three Permits shall expire and the sewer capacity <br />represented thereby shall revert to the sole control of the <br />City as of four hundred and eighty-nin~ (489) days after the <br />commencement of Phase Three except as orovided below: (e.g. <br />If Phase Three commences on May 1, 1986, then Phase Three <br />Permits will expire on September 2, t987.) <br /> <br /> (i) In the case of Phase Three Permits <br /> which have been used to obtain building permits, that <br /> sewer capacity shall not revert to the City unless the <br /> building permit expires pursuant to Uniform Building <br /> Code standards or Owner fails to obtain a Final Building <br /> Inspection on the basic shell building within three <br /> years after issuance of buildin~ permits. <br /> <br /> (ii) Thirteen (i'~) Phase Three Permits, <br /> or the remaining unexercised Phase Three Permits if <br /> less than that number of Phase Three Permits remain to <br /> be exercised four hundred and f~ftv-nine (459) days <br /> after the commencement of Pha~.~. Three, shall again <br /> become subject to a restricti¢~n against their use as of <br /> four hundred and fifty-nine (t~59) days after the commence- <br /> ment of Phase Three. Such number of unused Sewer <br /> Permits shall be referred to is "Phase Three Restricted <br /> Permits." This restriction ~h~ii be l~fted and the <br /> <br /> <br />
