Code standards or Owner fails to obtain a Final Building <br />Inspection of the basic shell building within three <br />years from issuance of the building permit. <br /> <br /> (ii) Seventeen (17) Phase One Permits, <br />or the remaining unexercised Phase One Permits if less <br />than that number of Phase One Permits' remain to be <br />exercised on August 3, 1985, shall again become subject <br />to a restriction against their exercisg as of August 3, <br /> <br />1985. ~uch <br />referred to <br />restriction <br /> <br />number of unused Sewer Permits shall be <br />as "Phase One Restricted Permits". This <br />shall toll the three year period for <br /> <br /> expiration as to Phase One Restricted Permits with <br /> thirty (30) days remaining until their ex~oiration. <br /> This restriction shall be lifted and the final ~h~r~v <br /> (30) days shall con~mence to run as to the Phase One <br /> Restricted Permits at the beginning of Phase <br /> However, if Phase Two has already commenced as of <br /> August 3, 1985, then this restriction shall not be <br /> lifted until the .beginning of Phase Three. <br /> <br /> (b) Phase Two. Commencing on the later of <br />May 1, 1985 or upon approval or funding of the Stoneridge <br />Drive Interchange, Owner may use an additional, sixty-one <br />(6~) Property Sewer Permits ("Pha'.;e Two Perm]ts").
