To assist is analysis, staff has provided information on two other church heights in the City in <br />similar predominantly residential areas as a point of comparison. Heights of St. Augustine <br />Church and St. Elizabeth are shown below: <br />Figure 8: St. Augustine, 3999 Bernal Avenue <br />Figure 9: St. Elizabeth, 4001 Stoneridge Drive <br />Based on the above data, the existing church buildings at St. Augustine and St. Elizabeth are <br />all under 30 feet in height except for projecting religious features. Staff believes that the <br />proposed dome height is similar to these other approvals in the City.
